About Alan Forrester – Forrester Stocktaking

alan forrester of forrester stocktakingMy name is Alan Forrester and I have worked in the hospitallity trade for over 28 years.

Initially I trained as a stocktaker by Taylor Walker Brewery in London.

I then went on to set up a stocktaking department in J.D. Wetherspoon before opening my own bar in France.

I first started stocktaking in Ireland in 1991 and have been based in Cork since 1998 and have an in depth knowledge of all areas of the licenced trade and in particular Epos Systems.

Stocktaking gives a snapshot of what is happening in a business.

Used regulary it will help control the business, reduce costs, decrease losses, help protect and improve margins.
